There are 3 elements that make Biblical evangelism powerful:

  • The power of the Gospel (Romans 1:16)
  • The power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8)
  • The power of multiplication (Acts 6:1)

We are confident in the power of the Gospel

We too often ignore the power of the Holy Spirit and substitute gimmicks, programs, worship music and other things for the power of the Holy Spirit

We are unaware of the power of multiplication so we fail to employ it in our evangelism strategy.

Bob has been committed to the multiplying of Christians ever since he heard a sermon on multiplication at Moody Bible Institute, where he began his theological education.


He implemented the strategy when he planted a church in Canada, starting with his family and 8 other people in 1978. After 6 months he was baptizing every Sunday as families were getting saved and joining the church.


He has trained hundreds of pastors to equip their churches for Evangelism by Multiplication in the Philippines and Myanmar (Burma).
